Q: How much does the HOA cost per month to participate in The Landing?
A: The HOA fee will be based on actual participation. Our current monthly fee estimate of $240 is based on approximately 50% participation If actual participation is different, the fee will be adjusted.
Q: What will be included in the HOA Fee?
A: The fee includes the overall maintenance of the Amenities Center, “The Landing” (including the putting green and fitness center), monitoring and maintenance of the pool according to state regulations, event coordinator for community gatherings, landscaping maintenance around the pool area and clubhouse, snow removal for the sidewalk and parking at the clubhouse, fire security monitoring, and association accounting & management.
Q: How do I submit my monthly HOA payment?
A: Homeowners can submit their monthly payment by credit card or electronic payment on the PayHOA website or sending a paper check to Sandpiper Place Community Center HOA.

Q: Who is responsible for maintaining the Amenities Center (The Landing)?
A: The HOA is responsible for maintaining the clubhouse and its grounds through the monthly fees, and is contracted with local businesses for landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, pool management, cleaning, and fire monitoring.
Q: What are the hours of operation for The Landing?
A: Pool hours are 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM from May 15th to September 30th. Clubhouse/fitness room is 5:30 AM – 9:30 PM year round.
Q: How do I get into the clubhouse?
A: If membership is elected, 2 key fobs will be issued to each household upon the completion of required forms and waivers.
Q: Is there a lifeguard on duty?
A: No there will not be a Lifeguard on duty.
Q: Can I reserve the Landing for a private function? And how do I make reservations to reserve the clubhouse for an event?
A: No, The Landing is not available for private functions
Q: Is there going to be electric bike charging at The Landing?
A: No, there are no charging stations. Bike racks are provided for tidy storage while guests are using the pool and clubhouse.
Q: Is there visitor parking for The Landing?
A: Yes, there are two parking spaces available and one handicap space.
Q: Are pets allowed in The Landing?
A: No.
