For some Sandpiper Place homeowners, Membership in this association was included as part of the home purchase. For all others, Membership in this new association is optional. In either case, it won't replace your current HOA membership. Monthly dues will apply. For the latest updates and more information, be sure to keep checking this website. You must be a member of this new HOA to utilize all the amenities and participate in our member only events at The Landing.
